1. Introduction
Welcome to PropertySync. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before registering or using our platform.
2. Account Creation
You agree to provide accurate information when registering for a PropertySync account. Each account is intended for one real estate business or individual agent.
3. Hosting and Domain Policy
PropertySync provides hosting for all websites built using our system. Clients may connect their own custom domain (e.g., yourname.com) to their PropertySync site, but all hosting remains managed by PropertySync. For performance and security reasons, self-hosting or external hosting is not permitted.
4. Source Code Ownership
All website templates, scripts, and system source code used in PropertySync are the exclusive property of PropertySync Limited. Access to or modification of our proprietary source code is strictly prohibited. Clients have the right to use the system under a paid subscription, not to modify or redistribute it.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Subscription fees are non-refundable once your website has been set up. Renewal reminders will be sent before expiry.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PropertySync for unlawful purposes or to host content that is defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these rules.
7. Data Protection
Your data and uploaded content remain yours. PropertySync will never sell or share your business data with unauthorized third parties. However, we may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services.
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime and perform regular maintenance to ensure smooth performance. PropertySync will not be liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, force majeure, or third-party service failures.
9. Termination
PropertySync reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees paid are non-refundable.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
